In accordance with Belgian consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason and receive a refund.
Procedure:
  • Notify us of your return within 14 days of receipt via [insert email address].
  • After notification, you have another 14 days to return the product to us.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of proper receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Important conditions:
  • Products must be returned in their original, unworn, and undamaged condition, including all tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges are not possible due to the exclusive nature of our products.
  • Custom-made or personalised products are excluded from the right of withdrawal unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered.
8. Color Variations
We make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible. However, please note that colors shown on photographs or screens may vary slightly from the actual product colors due to factors such as display settings, lighting, or post-editing.
Such minor color variations do not constitute grounds for refunds, exchanges, or compensation.
